He is survived by: his wife Eulalia Ochoa Sorto; his children, Lucia E. Cruz, Rumaldo Ochoa (Margarita), Maria E. Velasquez and Virginia Ochoa Sorto; his sons-in-law, Jose Enecifor Cruz and Jose J. Velasquez; his grandchildren, Jose E. Cruz, Nancy Sabedra, Liliana Cruz-Rivera, Jose E. Cruz Jr., Blanca D. Moreno, Haley Velasquez, Maria A. Velasquez, Joe Velasquez, Beatriz Romero, Silvia Ochoa, Leslie Ochoa, Bryan B. Diaz, Andrew J. Diaz and Lucia Molina; his grandchildren-in-law, Mark Sabedra and Andrea Soldevilla-Diaz; and his great grandchildren, Alex Cruz, Madeline Sabedra, David Sabedra, Markie Cruz Sabedra, Aileen Moreno, Isaac Moreno, Anahi Velasquez, Chloe Rivera, Josiah Rivera, Wilmer Molina, Marcella Minero, Angelo Ochoa, Anayah Ochoa, Karen Romero, Wendy Romero and Enrrique Romero.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home (1530 N 45th St, Corsicana, TX 75110). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
