She was predeceased by: her parents, R. McDaniel McCarty and Hugh Nora McCarty; her daughter Kathy Roberts; and her brother Ron McDaniel. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Barrington; her children, Tracy Lewellen (Chris Lockhart), Lauren Shaw (Bobby), Chad Barrington and Anita Barrington; her brother Kris Massingill; and her grandchildren, Brandon Lewellen, Breanna Lewellen, Tanner Shaw, Kaleb Shaw, Stephen Barrington, Marnita Barrington and Romeo Barrington. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
