We bid farewell to Ruby Snowden of Corsicana, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 15, 2025 at the age of 80. Ruby touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Drue R Smith and Barbara B Smith; her grandparents, Edwin and Lulu Smith; her siblings, Cassie Smith, Gilbert Smith, Reynolds Smith, Birdie Fine and Marjorie Minchey; her children, Ronnie Snowden, Charles Snowden and Jessie Ellis; and her granddaughters, Lori Mae Ellis, Monica Lee Mathis and Charlene Snowden.
She is survived by: her husband Elbert Snowden; her siblings, Steve "Buck" (Sandy Smith) and Linda (Reuben Lehmberg); her son Tony; her daughter-in-law Priscilla Snowden; and her granddaughter Barbara Jean Lawson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home (403 E Royall Blvd, Malakoff, TX 75148). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
