He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Earl and Layola Faye McKnight (Hansen); and his brother Jesse Madlock. He is survived by: his wife Linda McKnight; his children, Amy Raabe, Justin McKnight (Justin Pink) and Melissa Hernandez (Kolten); his grandchildren, Kayleigh Berlin, Brianna Templet, Nathan Templet and Wyatt Hernandez; his great grandchild Chase Wout; and his sisters, Donna Paul, Nancy Praytor, Gracie Trent and Janet Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
