She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Starks and Marselle Mitchell Starks. She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis; her husband John Lewis; her children, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Gregory Lewis of Detroit, MI, Pamela Heidt of Aberystwyth, Rebecca Heidt of Calgary, Alberta and Emily Lewis of Uzbekistan; her cousins, Tommie Jean Gibbs of Garland and James David Stubbs of Corsicana; and her sister Sharon Schweps of Glasgow, Scotland.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
