She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Johnson and Billie Hazard Johnson; and her children, Tiffany Mathews and Toby Mathews. She is survived by: her son Orie Mathews (Teri); her granddaughter Kamdyn Mathews; and her sister DyAnna Sparks (Steve). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
