She was predeceased by: her parents, LaRue Bennett Jordan and Merl Jordan; her husband Franklin Delano Neal; and her children, Danny Franklin Neal (Nancy) of Corsicana and Carla Barber (Cliff) of Spring, Texas..

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Daniel Neal of Dallas, Jonathon Neal (Erica) of Corsicana, Nicholas Neal (Paige Sirmon), Drew Cain (Jennifer) of College Station, Carly Neal of New York, Mikala Evans of Corsicana, Jill Cain and Merritt LaFoe of Denver; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Cain, Owen Cain of College Station and Franklin Neal (Frankie) of Corsicana.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Second Avenue Missionary Baptist Church (3045 W 2nd Ave, Corsicana, TX 75110).

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Second Avenue Missionary Baptist Church.
