He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward Harper and Irma Lee Harper; and his wife Virginia Richards Harper. He is survived by: his children, John Harper (Debbie) and Jennifer Powell (Wayne); his grandchildren, Kaley Miller (Jonathan), Claire Micale (Marc), Zachary Harper, Alexandra Marsh (Aaron) and Amanda Genitski (Will); and his great grandchildren, Corbin Marsh, Charly Marsh, John Genitski, Hayes Micale, Mary Wren Genitski and Emilia Micale. He is also survived by his family and friends.
