He is survived by: his children, Denise Poole (Doug), John Richard Cummins, Jr. (Gail) and Carin Cummins Zito (Paul); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Moseley (Nancy), Laura DeAnda-Hall (Alan), Erin Pederson (Cutter), Steven Poole (Gina), Alex Cummins (Jackie), Michele Cummins (Clarence), Lianna Zito, Katarina Zito and Naomi Zito. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
