With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John McClung in Corsicana, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint John leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by: his children, Chris McClung and Carin Palmer (Jason); and his grandchildren, Jake McClung Palmer, Jordan Palmer and Andrew Palmer.

He traveled around the country and not only sold grills to several notable celebrities, but also appeared on the Today Show, QVC, and hosted multiple charity events.
