He is survived by: his wife Misti Owsley of Corsicana, TX; his children, Michael Owsley of Corsicana, TX, Tricia Owsley of Bonney Lake, WA, KaRissa Furr (Zach) of Corsicana, TX and Brody Hines of Corsicana, TX; and his brothers, David Foster (Susan) of Arlington, TX and Doyle Foster (Melanie) of Georgia. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
