It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Gene Morehead (Corsicana, Texas), who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billy Gene Morehead to pay them a last tribute.
Meeting Billy at the gates of heaven are his parents, Louis and Edna Ruth Morehead, Brother, James “Bugs” Morehead, Father in law, Virgil Moody, numerous family members and friends.
Leaving behind to miss him dearly are his wife, Rita Morehead, Son Taylor Morehead and wife Courtney, Son, Garrett Morehead and wife Kaitlyn, the 3 lights of his life, Ellis Morehead, Reid Morehead, and Treyson Morehead, brother Bobby Morehead and wife Carol. Many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Billy never met a stranger and had a heart as big as Texas. He would give u the shirt off his back if you needed it. The lives he touched are in abundance. It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later.
