He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Clayton Scroggins and Myrtie Alease Scroggins (Smith); his siblings, Clayton Scroggins, Walter Scroggins, Johnnie Scroggins, Jerry Scroggins and Gladys Dean; and his close friend Tommy Jack Gesford Sr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Emanis (Scotty) and Marlena Scroggins of Corrigan, Texas; his stepdaughter Jessica Francois of Livingston, Texas; his grandchildren, Raven, Ryan, Megan, Christen, Dillon, Dustin, Bret, Liberty, Jeremy, Jamey, Jacob, Destiny, Makayla, Madison, Brady and Hunter; the mother of his children Gail Scroggins of Corrigan, Texas; and his close friend Michael Jordan. He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
