He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Bell (Clark) and Oscar Bell; his daughter Belinda "Beep" Bell; and his siblings, Raymond "Buck" Bell, Cecil Bell, Revis Bell, James "Snooks" Bell, Robert Gossett, Dorothy Chandler, Marge Sanford and Earlene Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Lee Bell (Stringer) of Corrigan; his children, Bo Bell (Elisha) of Corrigan, Kathleen Hudgens of Corrigan and Beverly Hayes (Rickey) of Lufkin; his grandchildren, Mitch Bell (Candace), Blake Bell, Chelsea Hudgens, Sheannon Franklin, Taylor Hudgens and Jackson Hayes; his great grandchildren, Cash Platt and Chance Johnson; his sisters, Tracy Mae Sanford, Merlene Sanford, Shirley Thomas and Cathy Saxon; and his brother-in-law James Robert Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
