He is survived by: his children, Dewayne Carlisle, Lucius Carlisle, Kevin Jefferson, Richard Mitchell, Helena Carlisle and Vickie Freeman; his siblings, John T. Barlow (Linda), Gil Barlow (Rose), Larvada Menifee and Patricia Browning (Milton); and his sister-in-law Judy Barlow. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
