He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nowlin of Corrigan; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Diane Nowlin of Wilsonville, OR; his daughter Nancy Nowlin of Huntsville; and his grandson Caleb Jeffrey Nowlin of Wilsonville, OR. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
