She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Keith and Rita Sue Phillips (Harrington); her brother Keith Phillips; and her grandson Kooper Popham. She is survived by: her daughter Dorothy Popham of Corrigan; her fiancé Mike Windsor of Diboll; her children, Heather Ghatti (Justin) of Maryland, Michael Taylor Windsor of Lufkin, Westly Windsor of Burke and Raeleigh Windsor of Louisiana; and her close friends, Lisa Bell, Karen Little (Holmes), Ashley Holmes, Sudy Dykes, Janise Murphy, Shelly Wilkinson, Pamela Smith, Odessa Glass and Joyce Huelett.
