He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Blalock and Idez Blalock (Conner); and his brother Albert Myrl Blalock. He is survived by: his sister Lena Thornton of Corrigan; his significant other Karla Bayless of Corrigan; and his close friends, Ricky Parrish, Randall Reinhardt, Buck Harris, David Ray, Ronnie Thompson, Jeff Platt and Lawrence Parker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
