He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Hulett and Jimmie Lee Hulett; and his siblings, Esther Faye, Jimmie Lee Jr., Michael L. Hulett and Charles Drayton.
He is survived by: his wife Vaniece C. Hulett; his children, Adria Tharpe, Cedric Tharpe, Harry Hulett Jr. of KeAnthony, J. H, Jacquita Tharpe and Aline M. Hulett; his stepchildren, Shaunta Sweats (Curtis) and Sterling Clark (Tamiko); his sisters, Jackie Wilson and Fanelda Gibson (Neilson); his friend Gerald Morris; and his brother-in-law Leroy Graham. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
