He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis Ervin Fortenberry and Ida Fay Rodden; his sons, Joe Fortenberry (Tracie), Daniel Fortenberry, Ralph Fortenberry (Sylvia) and Jeffrey Chambers (Nancy); his grandchildren, Jenna, Monica, Nicholas, Claire, Joshua, Phillip, Tara, James, Jared, Stormy, Sunnye, Skye, Joey, Lauren, Kurt, Dakota, Anna, Taylor, Jeffrey and Jacqueline; and his brothers, Jack Fortenberry (Lila), Clayton Forrest and Lewis Ervin. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and devoted friends.
