He was predeceased by: his parents, William Teter and Leona Teter; his wife Cynthia Ann Teter; and his sister Tracie Diann Teter. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer, Jaimie, Jason, Justin and Joshua; his sister Donna Evans; his brother-in-law Dana Evans; and his close friends, Nelda Viers and Pat Cavell. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
