She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, L. H. Moore and Christian; her husband J. Howard Gill, Jr.; and her children, Susan Gill Hawn, Eddie, Blake Hawn, Lauren Hawn Paine, Seis, Remington, Mark Gill, Rachel Gill Hinderberger (William), Sarah and Southern Bell.
Sarah was brought up in the Methodist Episcopal Church that two Grandfathers founded in Coshocton, Co. Ohio, donating the land for church and school in their pioneer town.
