He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ramiro Ramirez and Paulina Ramirez; his wife Minnie Elizondo of Benavides; his son Michael Robert (Lauren); his grandchildren, Preston and Reagan; his great grandchild Richard Joseph; his granddaughter Michelle; his great grandchild Olivia; and his sisters, Emilia (Fidel Rul, Jr.), Elnora and Cynthia (John Patterson). He was also cherished by uncle to his many nephews and nieces.
