He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Marie Torres; his parents, Juanita Garza and Alfredo Garza; and his siblings, Pablo Garza, Eddie Garza (Mary Ann Garza), Alfredo Garza (Vicky Garza), Reynaldo Garza (Viviana Garza) and Linda McGinnis (Mike McGinnis).
He is survived by: his siblings, Irene Saucedo (Wilfred Saucedo), Cecilio Gomes (Elvira Gomes), Rose Villarreal (Jose Villarreal), Paula Vasquez, Armando Garza (Linda Garza), Esmeralda Salazar (Santos Salazar) and Joel Garza (Deborah Garza); and his children, Sara Loredo (Jorge Loredo), Norma Charles, Ralph Torres, Arlene Torres, Rudy Torres, Richard Torres (Brenda Torres), Ernest Torres and Chrissy Trevino. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandkids, and great- grandkids.
Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services in the facility.
