He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Bell and Jerry Bell; and his brothers, Tom Bell and David Bell. He is survived by: his sister Jeannette Womack (John); and his sister-in-law Suzann Bell (Tom). He is also survived by extended family members and close friends.
