She is survived by: her husband Jose Luis Ruiz; and her children, Belinda Acevedo (Beto), Jo Ann Huichapa (Jose), Angelica Mireles (Macario), Dorothy Acevedo, Valen Acevedo (Edgar), Joey Acevedo Jr. (Joann), Jesus Acevedo (Jessica), Peter Acevedo (Melissa) and Omar Acevedo (Bonnie). She is also survived by 40 grandhchildren and 51 great grandchildren.
