She is survived by: her children, Steven H. Spencer, Sandra S. Chapman and Ronald L. Spencer (Lynnae); her sister Juanita Tosh; and her sister-in-law Frances Prillaman. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
