She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Miller and Marie Miller; her husband Harold Apple; her sons, D. Michael Helm and David Carpenter; and her siblings, Olive Fisher and Thomas Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Craig Sheehy of Corpus Christi, TX; her grandchildren, Courtney (Jamie), Johnson of Macomb, IL and Micah Peck (Monique) of Mt. Pleasant, IA; her stepgrandchildren, Terri Putney (Joe) of Seguin, TX, Michael Sheehy (IA) and Scott (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Eliza, Seth Johnson, Evelyn, Addison and Ethan Peck; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brenten Sheehy Graves of Graettinger, IA and Sadee (Gary).
