He was predeceased by: his parents, Librado Garcia and Juanita Garcia; his wife Juanita Rodriguez Garcia; his children, Michael Garcia and Joanna Gonzalez; and his siblings, Guadalupe Morales, Toribio Garcia and Librado Garcia Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Juanita Garcia (Brennan Gordon) and Leonor Garcia; and his grandchildren, Michael, Patience, Micah, Natasha, Joseph, Joshua and Phylisha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
