He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jose Luz and Aurora Garza Garcia Hinojosa; his wife Ludivina Medelez; and his children, Vidal Hinojosa (Aide), Vanessa Solis (Jose Jr.), Jesus Alberto Hinojosa (Leslie Mireles), Luz Alberto Hinojosa Jr. and Juan Antonio Hinojosa. He was also cherished by his 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grand-children.
