She is survived by: her husband Paul Louis Cook; her children, Robert Silvestre (Claire), Irene Martinez (Heriberto) and Catherine Benavides (Jason); her grandchildren, Armor, Besa Martinez and Sabela Silvestre; and her close friends, Carmelita Calhoun and Sherry Cookson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Seaside Funeral Home (4357 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78412). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (3350 S Alameda St, Corpus Christi, TX 78411). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Seaside Memorial Park (4357 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78412).
