We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2025, at the age of 68, Larry Running Turtle Salazar of Corpus Christi, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Celia Duran and Jose Duran; and his sister Joann Litchenburg. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Salazar; his daughters, Yvette Salazar (Michael) and Yvonne Shirley (Justin); his siblings, Ernest Salazar (Eileen), Judy Pruitt (Bill), Brenda Garza (Cesar), Joe Duran Jr. (April), Tammy Carrasco (Art), Connie Rubio (Raymond) and Catherine Salazar; and his granddaughter Madalyn Salazar-Gomez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
