She was predeceased by: her father Jose Barrera. She is survived by: her significant other Rene L. Amaya; her mother Marie Barrera; her daughters, April and Crystal; her stepsons, Michael (Betty) and Rolando (Nicole); her siblings, Sylvia (Sheldon), Andre, Christina (Jeffery), Daniel (Sherry), Javiel (Rosy) and Christella; and her siblings-in-law, Becky (David) and Rudy (Leah). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home – San Diego (1016 E Gravis Ave, San Diego, TX 78384). A rosary was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
