She was predeceased by: her parents, Celestino Gonzalez and Margaret Gonzalez; her in-laws, Guadalupe and Eufemia Garza; her daughter Diana Dee Brockway; and her sisters-in-law, Leticia Garza and Graciela Garza.
She is survived by: her husband Guadalupe Garza, Jr.; her children, Darla Reyna, Danny Garza (Sonia), Daisy Villanueva (Mike) and Debra Hughes (Peter); her son-in-law Thomas Brockway; her grandchildren, Thomas Brockway, Jr., Jessica Brockway, Cristina Reyna, Adrian Reyna, Jr., John Ryan Garcia, Noah Garza, Joel Garza, Cami Rodriguez, Taylor Rodriguez, Colton Janysek, Jacklynn Villanueva, Anna Rose Hughes and Shawn Hughes; her siblings-in-law, Oralia Bray (Jeff), Alonzo Garza and Carlos Garza; and her pet Magic. She is also survived by her numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trevino Funeral Home-Alice (120 E Front St, Alice, TX 78332). A rosary was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (710 S 19th St, Corpus Christi, TX 78405). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Collins Cemetery.
