He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Hernandez, Jr. and Dominga S. Campos. He is survived by: his stepfather Albert Halfman; his daughter Danielle V. Ortiz (Jeremy); his siblings, Lillian Moreno, Emilia Campos (DiDi), San Juanita Trevino (Janie) and Julian Jacob Hernandez (Rosy Martinez); and also, Ashley Ortega, Dylan Garza, Pat Medina, Alfonso, Mary Flores, Richard, Valinda Mendez and T. B. Band. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
