With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis Michael Burk of Corpus Christi, Texas, born in Port Edwards, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his mother Genevieve Burk (Bendrick). He is survived by: his father William H. Burk; his siblings, Tom Burk (Donna), Sheila Beaurain (Bob), Patricia Burk, Mary Wright (Derry) and Kelly Nuckols (Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Engel, Susan Pierce (Casey), Lindy James (Dave), Adam Burk, Sarah Nuckols, Emily Nuckols and Grace Nuckols.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Treviã±o Funeral Home (3006 Niagara St, Corpus Christi, TX 78405). The military honors was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery (9974 I-37, Corpus Christi, TX 78410).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to Texas State Aquarium in Dennis's name would be greatly appreciated.
