He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Les Spivey, Sr., MaryAnn Spivey and Louis Adams; and also Les Spivey, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Gregory Spivey and Stefanie Fanger; his stepparents, Lisa Spivey and Bob Fanger; and his siblings, Katrina Boehm and Jonathan Edward Fanger.
