She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Emil Ondrusek and Isabella Kasper Ondrusek; her husband Ralph L. Pakebusch; and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Eicher (Joe), Alice Spicak (Vlad), Dan Ondrusek, Dorothy Byrne Bednarski, Ed Byrne and Jim Gilbert.
She is survived by: her sister Kathryn Gilbert; her sister-in-law Jacquiline Ondrusek; her nephews, Stephen L. Pakebusch (Debra) and Michael W. Pakebusch (Trisha); her niece Mary Ann Pakebusch; her grandchildren, Melissa Guevara (Michael), S. Mayes Pakebusch (Iris), Ryan Pakebusch, Jackie Dreier, Lauren Smith (Mike) and Ryan Dreier (Tassie); and her great grandchildren, Emery Lynn Pakebusch, Henry Mayes Pakebusch, Ryder Smith, Landry Smith, Anna Beth Dreier, Nora Dreier and Scout Dreier. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holmgreen Mortuary (2061 E Main St, Alice, TX 78332). A rosary was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church (603 E 5th St, Alice, TX 78332). A burial was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at the Alice Cemetery (1230 Martin Luther King Rd, Alice, TX 78332).
