He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerrian Iva Gelbert Kelly of Gettysburg, PA and Richard G. "Pop" Kelly of Allentown, PA. He is survived by: his daughter Lyra Manaye Kelly; the parent of his child Kainee; his brother Timothy Paul Kelly (Cindy); and his nieces and nephews, Shannon Taylor (Chris), Darby McFall (Wes), Sean Kelly Jeannie (Riley), Amanda Kelly (Amy), Danney, Hannah and Jackson (Isabelle). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as their spouses and their young children.
