She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Arlo Thorsness and Agnes Johnson Thorsness; her husband Walter B. Kostoch Jr. (Bud); and her brother Dr. John L. Thorsness. She is survived by: her children, Kristin Wilems, Karin Kerney (Patrick), Walter B. Kostoch III (Denise) and Karla Pavey (Brett); her grandchildren, Jonathan Wilems, Dr. Thomas Wilems (Allison), Katherine Wilems Stutesman (Philip), Sara Pavey, Ryan Pavey, Brian Kostoch and Allison Kostoch; and her great grandchildren, Khloe, Isabella, Analisse, Olivia, Owen and Annie Jo.
