He is survived by: his children, Fosia Simmons and Anthony Perryman Sr.; his grandchildren, Billy Guzman, Alizae Simmons, George Simmons, Anthony Perryman Jr., Anizyah Perryman and Amari Perryman; and his siblings, Jackie Sanders, Bobby Rogers, Sandra Scott and Gordon Sanders.
