He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoriano Palacios and Nicolasa Palacios; his wife Renee Maria Garcia Palacios; his siblings, Victoriano Palacios, Paul Palacios, Nicolas Palacios, Esmerejildo Palacios and Dolores Palacios Torres; and his great grandchildren, Joshua J. Peters and Lucas L. Peters.
He is survived by: his children, Adelfino Palacios, Jr. (Rebecca), Javier Palacios (Norma), David (Mae Palacios), Victor Palacios (Isabel), Cynthia Billig (Jeff) and Abel Palacios (Rosalee); his sister Romanita Palacios Alaniz; and his caregivers, Mari Placencia, Paloma Tapia, Martha Hernandez, Anita Gutierrez, Elva Rodriguez and Martha Guzman. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
