He is survived by: his children, Christopher Sammons (Heather) of Lometa, William C. Sammons Jr (Susanne) of Cape Coral and Karen Lindell (Brian) of Whispering Pines; and his sister Myrtle Sammons of Grayson, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
