It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Phelps (Copperas Cove, Texas), who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Phelps; his wife Anna Phelps; his sons, Dale Walkup, Mikel Walkup, Larry Walkup and Daniel Phelps; and his sister Pauline Howardton.
