He was predeceased by: his parents, Merkle Quinby, Sr. and Mary Louise Williams (Denman); and his brothers, Merkle Quinby Williams Jr. and Gregory Denman Williams. He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Kathy Williams of Burnet and Denese Williams of Waller; his nieces, Amy Williams Sethman of Burnet and Stephanie Williams Summers (Eddie) of Waller; his nephew Joe Williams (Mandy) of Bryan; his aunt Myrna Fritz of Brenham; and his cousins, Judy and Mark Porter. He is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews and two great-great nephews.
