He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Parsons and Glendene Smith Parsons; and his brother Phillip Sonny Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Joy Parsons; his children, Amanda Parsons, Angel Sell and Barry Karpinski (Jen); and his sister Donna Moore (Elton). He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
