He is survived by: his former wife Crystal Johnson; his wife Crystal Tatum; his children, Lloyd DeWayne Tatum and Kinsey Jane Bahr (Nathan); his godson Austin William Moan; and his grandchildren, Jasmine Alexis, Isaiah Michael, Gabrielle Riley, Isabelle Mya, Dante Alexander Tatum, Trahern Lee and Oceana Rae Bahr.
