He was predeceased by: his parent Dowie Johannes Vander Werff; his son Thomas Vander Werff; and his brother Fred Vander Werff. He is survived by: his wife Jutta Vander Werff; his daughter Caroline Trevino; and his grandchildren, Daniel Trevino, Nicholas and Krystallyn Vander Werff.
