He was predeceased by: his son Jason Lee Smith; and his sister Elaine Bonham. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Smith; his daughter Mary Jo Smith; his sister Lynda Smith (Mike); his grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Alannah Smith and Austin Smith; and his daughter-in-law Kathryn Smith.
