She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaiah Axel and Iona B. Axel (Austin); and her siblings, Frazier Axel (Eunice), Oblynn Axel (Annie Mae), Otis Axel (Vivian), Ulysses Axel (Esther), Katie Lee Jett (Abner), Zella Mae Walker (Clarence) and Willie B Jackson (Jesse).
She is survived by: her son Bernard Rutledge (Chong); her grandson Damien Rutledge; her great grandchild Kianna Constancio; and also William J. Rutledge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends as well as her grand dogs.
